Twelve SFPFS members gathered at Atherton Culinary in Burlingame on
Thursday, April 24, 2008. The meeting was a casual potluck, with members
bringing either wine or food to share.
Most of the time was spent discussing what each member does for a living
and comparing notes on other aspects of our businesses. There was a lot
of very productive networking with members learning how each might
benefit from another’s expertise. At the end of the evening, fortified
with fabulous ice cream brought by one of our newest members, Sheri
Tate, we all swapped business cards and expressed an interest in meeting
again. Barb Shenson, Atherton’s showroom manager, offered use of the
showroom for future meetings.
